Great travel planning is about much more than making reservations. I listen to how you want to travel, help you understand the tradeoffs, and bring the options into focus so you can choose with confidence.
That may mean comparing cruise itineraries and guided vacations, finding the right hotel location, deciding where an extra night is worthwhile, or connecting a voyage with a well-paced stay on land. The work is in knowing what fits—and recognizing what does not.

I help narrow overwhelming choices, compare suppliers and itineraries, and weigh hotel locations, transportation, pacing, and destination fit. Together, we look at the practical tradeoffs: a convenient arrival, enough time in a place, a stronger route, or an option that looks appealing but asks too much of the trip.
Once the direction is clear, my work includes booking support, attention to payment and cancellation deadlines, practical preparation, and help navigating changes. The aim is a trip that feels coherent and personal, with clear expectations and support along the way.

Professional planning fees begin at $299 and vary based on the complexity and customization of the trip.
Planning fees are based on the complexity and level of service required—not simply the price of the vacation.
The ranges below help you understand the likely level of engagement. After our complimentary introductory conversation, I will confirm the planning scope and fee before paid planning begins.
Curated Booking — from $299
For relatively bounded travel such as cruises, resorts, and guided vacations. Professional comparison helps you weigh the route, supplier, inclusions, and overall fit, with guidance and booking support for the choice you make.
Tailored Journey — typically $499–$699
For travel that needs more customization and coordination: a cruise with hotels and transfers, pre- or post-cruise planning, several connected components, or selected hotels and experiences shaped around your preferences. This can also suit moderately complex independent travel.
Custom Independent / Multi-Destination Journey — typically $799–$999
For selected engagements requiring more substantial route design, hotel and experience selection, and coordination across destinations. More contained custom independent trips may begin around $799; more substantial multi-city or multi-country planning generally falls around $899–$999. Unusually intricate itineraries are quoted individually.
High-Touch / Exceptionally Complex — quoted individually
For journeys that materially exceed normal custom-trip complexity, including many destinations, difficult logistics, large groups or families, extensive supplier coordination, very high-end custom work, or special requirements. Fees may begin above $999 when the work warrants it.
